At X Block ApS we reserve the right to make any errors in our prices. In addition, we reserve the right
to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out.
X Block ApS receives payment based on submitted invoice. Kindergartens are invoiced via their EAN-
number. Private consumers will receive the goods when X Block ApS has received payment of the invoice.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. moms. Subject to price errors and sold out/expired
X Block ApS aims to ship orders received before 12 noon the same day, orders are then sent
the following working day.
We ship to all of Denmark, and have free delivery. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated
at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your goods will be shipped by carrier or GLS Home Delivery.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your items will be delivered 2-4 business days after ordering.
There is a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material
and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on
the specific situation. The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of
the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. X Block ApS will
cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

COD shipments are not accepted.
In the case of reimbursement, please include bank details in the form of a reg. no. and account no. so that it
agreed amounts can be transferred. The information can be safely provided by e-mail or other electronic means, as
it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the reimbursement.
There is a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period shall run from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
- Receives the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first goods in physical possession, in the case of regular deliveries of goods over a certain period.
Return costs are your responsibility.
Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase and from the withdrawal you must within 14 days of
return the shipment. Notification should be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message you must do
clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without giving clear notice
You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days after you have made use of your
right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When you return, you are
responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
Shipping will be faster if you also complete and attach our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of goods on return
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that
necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can
try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that you know
cancellation of the purchase, only part or none of the purchase price will be refunded, depending on the commercial
value at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive a full refund, you must
test the product without actually using it.
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us.
In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including
delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than
the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days from the
the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment as you used for the original
transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless before then you have
provided evidence of having returned it.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Complaints Resolution Centre, House of Complaints,
Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
