At X Block we have no doubt! We are the world’s best toy, and most durable. That is why we offer LIFETIME WARRANTY on all our plastic products. With a lifetime warranty, an X Block Package costs less than € 0,25 a day.
X Block products are toys and therefore may only be used for play.
If you wish to make use of your LIFETIME WARRANTY, please contact the distributor where you purchased the product. You must send the defective product and a copy of the invoice to them. Then we will send a new product to you. We will not replace the defective product if you are unable to present a copy of the purchase invoice and submit the defective part.
